An unexpected gale leads to a sleepless last night on the Costa Tropical, but the following days drive north through to Alpajurras hills towards Granada is a striking combinations of vertiginous mountain passes and rolling plains with the Sierra Nevada as a backdrop.

The Coastline of the Costa Tropical, and Thoughts of Home
With Wifi sorted out, and a little work caught up on, we had a little time to get out on the bikes to explore the Costa Tropical coastline. A windy, steep coast road hugs the dramatic coastline with distant views towards Nerja.
