Tarbert, as we leave Kintyre to explore a bit further. After a wet few days we continue exploring, Kintyre has been lovely but largely lacks the drama of other parts.
We wildcamped by the side of Loch Fyne, just outside the town and watched the ferry chug back and forth. Beautiful clear blue skies to walk up to, and a serene view.
A lovely day for a brief walk around the Town and a walk up to the castle ruins.
Blog updates are a bit sporadic, in part in lacking in motivation to do so, just enjoying the views and the peace and quiet. But also, mobile and wifi availability is poor, so I’m often without when I am inspired to write. I’m taking pictures though, so will eventually get to it I’m sure! Hang in there if you’re looking for a daily fix!
Hehe, I thought you were in Ireland. there’s a Tarbert in Co. Clare that has a ferry from Kerry to Clare. Looks beautiful.
