Last night we spotted that there was a music concert on offer in the towns church, Baroque music at Christmas. Excellent we thought, let’s go! So we did, and even better, it was free! The church is somewhat odd, seems to have Moorish influence, and loos like something out of the crusades. It’s not easy to get a photo of the exterior, as the town runs right around the outside of it, so here is one of the interior. A imposing little number.
The concert was pretty good, a quintet including soprano and ran for just over a hour. Unfortunately slightly marred by a car alarm going off continuous for the latter half of the programme, but enjoyable nonetheless.
