We are now starting our winter travels, and first stop as we head north towards Scotland is Doddington Hall in Lincolnshire. We return to collect the remnants of Mel’s pieces from their month long sculpture garden. Fortunately, several pieces sold!
We were given the treat of staying in one of the cottages on the estate, although we got a 5 bedroom, which was a real treat, although having lived in the Motorhome for over a year it felt way too large to us both!
The picture shows the new pyramid folly at the end of the long walk, an impressive structure made from concrete which looks like it was salvaged from a driveway or something. Suitably stately In appearance though.
