For what was probably the last day of skiing, we went off to Flaine again for some decent snow. A little cloudy, and even a small snow shower right at the top, but a very pleasant afternoon skiing. Today (Sunday) is overcast, so we are off for a walk locally, see how far we can get up the hill without snow shoes. Tomorrow, we will possibly walk also, as it is forecast to rain some of the day, so probably not worth venturing out skiing again.
We are still undecided about whether to see off back towards home on Tuesday, as we can meander a little if we do. Otherwise, it will be Wednesday morning and more autoroutes to get us back to the Thursday ferry with a stop on the way.
Such a shame it’s coming to an end – it has been a great little break from it all.
