We’ve had a nice few days chilling out in Doolin, time to check out all of the pubs. It’s a lively place, lots of tourists, particularly American and German. The pubs don’t have to try too hard, too much easy, captive trade. The bar man is kept busy, slightly understaffed in all cases, and the food nothing special but you wouldn’t starve.
But now we move on, the forecast still clear into next week, but not looking so good after that, but they said that a coupe of weeks ago and nothing materialised. Finger crossed.
Across the Burren today and into Galway town, the the Galway coast next. ‘Tis a hard life!
The Doolin coastline gives a preview of what the Burren has to offer.
